My name is James M. Swartz, and I am a Real Estate Broker in the state of Arizona.  I, along with my wife Grace, own our own company, Az Realty Results L.L.C., and you can find us at www.AzRealtyResults.com .  Grace has a license in the state of California as well, and we have both been holding open houses for years.  We did them by ourselves before we meet, Grace in Orange County Ca., and myself all around the Valley of the Sun. 

 We have discovered that, in all the open houses that we have held open, that most people just want to take their time to look around the home, and not be bothered by a realtor trying to sell them on the house or their services.  We can respect that as we are all the same no matter what we are shopping for.  I like to use the example when we go to a department store, or a car lot, or anyplace where we are looking at items for sale, where there is a sales person available.  We all at some point in our search for things, find ourselves in the same dialog with the sales person.  The sales person comes to us stating,”Can I help You”, and we almost always state,” No thank you, I am just looking”, and they usually say, ” If I can be of any assistance or help in any way, just let me know”.

I think there is a better way, in this age of the information highway, where everything is at your finger tips, to at least initially look for, and find the home of your dreams, without ever leaving the comfort of your home.  I believe that there is no way to completely replace actually going to the house before you purchase, and feel that you should visit the home, before you initiate a contract to purchase the home.

What I am talking about here, with Arizona Open House, is a way to avoid all those lost hours spent driving all over creation, trying to find your home, only to be disappointed when you actually see the home.  I am talking about spending your days off, doing something fun and exciting with your family and friends.  I am picturing a way to spend time looking for your next home, without a sales person trying to sell you a home or services or both.  I feel that when you look at a home or anything else for sale for that matter, when there is a sales person around, you are dividing at least part of your attention, from what you are there for in the first place, which is to imagine yourself living in the home, or having the item you are looking at. 

With the creation of Arizona Open House, over the coming weeks and months, we are going to be bringing you a much better way to find your next home.  You will be in control of what you see and how you see it.  You will not be bothered by any sales people trying to sell you anything.  You will have a free membership to Arizona Open House, and within its membership will be nothing but what you want to know about your next home. 

Your membership will be providing you with everything you have always wanted to know about buying your next home.  You will be in control.  When you are ready to use a Realtor,Lender, or Title company they too will be there waiting for you to ask for help.  We believe that it will be like going to an open house, finding a sign on the door that states,” Come in Please, look around, take as much time as you like, look over all the information available, and if you have any questions, I can be reached at…”.
